INGREDIENTS
2lb boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
4Ā garlic cloves, minced (orĀ 2 teaspoonsĀ pre-minced garlic
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbspĀ St. Elmo Blackened Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
- Make Marinade:Ā To a gallon-sized freezer bag, add steak, garlic, oil, Worcestershire,Ā and Blackened Seasoning. Toss to combine. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours.Ā
- Get the Grill Hot:Ā Most grills need to preheat for at least 10-15 minutes. Preheat to medium - high heat.Ā
- Build Kabobs:Ā Build the steak kabobs on a platter or sheet pan.Ā

Grill Kabobs:Ā Grill the kabobs until the beef is seared on all sides and cookedĀ to your desired doneness, about 8-10 minutes. Plate the meat and allow it to rest for at least 3 minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to settle in, resulting in a juicier and tastier steak.Ā
