Steak Kebabs

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Make Marinade: To a gallon-sized freezer bag, add steak, garlic, oil, Worcestershire, and Blackened Seasoning. Toss to combine. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours. 
  2. Get the Grill Hot: Most grills need to preheat for at least 10-15 minutes. Preheat to medium - high heat. 
  3. Build Kabobs: Build the steak kabobs on a platter or sheet pan. 
  4. Grill Kabobs: Grill the kabobs until the beef is seared on all sides and cooked to your desired doneness, about 8-10 minutes. Plate the meat and allow it to rest for at least 3 minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to settle in, resulting in a juicier and tastier steak.
