2lb boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
4 garlic cloves, minced (or 2 teaspoons pre-minced garlic
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp St. Elmo Blackened Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS
- Make Marinade: To a gallon-sized freezer bag, add steak, garlic, oil, Worcestershire, and Blackened Seasoning. Toss to combine. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours.Â
- Get the Grill Hot:Â Most grills need to preheat for at least 10-15 minutes. Preheat to medium - high heat.Â
- Build Kabobs:Â Build the steak kabobs on a platter or sheet pan.Â

Grill Kabobs: Grill the kabobs until the beef is seared on all sides and cooked to your desired doneness, about 8-10 minutes. Plate the meat and allow it to rest for at least 3 minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to settle in, resulting in a juicier and tastier steak.Â
