Elevate your next cocktail hour with this Smoked Cherry Vanilla Bourbon Cocktail, featuring St. Elmo Cherry Vanilla Bourbon, rich cherry liqueur, and a subtle hint of cinnamon smoke. This easy bourbon cocktail is smooth, slightly sweet, and perfect for holiday gatherings, date nights, or sipping by the fire.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz St. Elmo Cherry Vanilla Bourbon
  • ¾ oz cherry liqueur
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish
  • Orange wedge, for garnish
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Place the cinnamon stick on a flameproof surface and light it with a kitchen torch. Immediately invert a rocks glass over the smoking cinnamon stick and let it fill with smoke for 1–2 minutes.
  2. Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the St. Elmo Cherry Vanilla Bourbon and cherry liqueur, then stir until well chilled.
  3. Remove the smoked rocks glass, fill it with fresh ice, and strain the cocktail into the glass.
  4. Garnish with maraschino cherries and an orange wedge. Serve immediately.
