Shrimp Po'Boy Sandwich

Make thisĀ Shrimp Po'BoyĀ recipe usingĀ St. Elmo Steak House Seasoning and RemouladeĀ sauce.Ā 

Tailgate Tips:Ā 
 • Use mini baguettes or hoagie rolls if you want pre-portioned sandwiches
 • Serve extra remoulade on the side for dipping


INGREDIENTS
1 18oz box of frozen popcorn shrimp
1 Bottle ofĀ St. Elmo Steak House Remoulade
1 tbspĀ St. Elmo Seasoning plus more for sprinkling
1 loaf French bread
1 large tomato, sliced
Shredded lettuce

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the Shrimp
 • according to the package directions
 • lightly sprinkle the cooked shrimp with St. Elmo Seasoning

Build the Sandwich
 • Warm the loaf of French bread (foil-wrapped on the grill works great).
 • Slice lengthwise. Spread remoulade generously on the bottom half.
 • Layer lettuce, tomato slices, and a big pile of fried shrimp.
 • Drizzle more remoulade on top, then close with the top half of the loaf.

Slice & Share
 • Instead of serving one giant sandwich, cut the loaf into 2–3" party-sized sandwiches.
 • Secure each with a toothpick for easy grabbing.
