Root Beer Glaze Bacon Twists

Crispy bacon with sweet-and-savory root beer glaze—ideal for brunch, snacking, or crowd-pleasing party bites.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with a baking rack.
  2. Season one side of the bacon with St. Elmo Seasoning.
  3. Twist each slice of bacon tightly, then place them on the baking rack. The slices can be touching.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush each slice with Root Beer Glaze.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until crispy and caramelized.
