Crispy bacon with sweet-and-savory root beer glaze—ideal for brunch, snacking, or crowd-pleasing party bites.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with a baking rack.
- Season one side of the bacon with St. Elmo Seasoning.
- Twist each slice of bacon tightly, then place them on the baking rack. The slices can be touching.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush each slice with Root Beer Glaze.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until crispy and caramelized.
