 • use disposable foil pans so clean-up is a breeze.
 • You can assemble the night before — just keep chilled until you head out.
 • Set the foil-covered pan on the cool side of the grill and let the indirect heat up the whole pan.
INGREDIENTS
12 Hawaiian slider rolls
3/4 lb roast beef from the deli sliced thin or shaved
1/4 lb swiss cheese, each slice cut in half
1/2 cup butter, melted
St. Elmo Creamy Horseradish
St. Elmo Coarse-Cut Horseradish (for an extra kick)
INSTRUCTIONS
Prep at Home
 • Slice rolls in half. Layer the bottoms with roast beef and cheese.
 • Place tops back on and line sliders up in a disposable aluminum tray.
At the Tailgate
 • Brush butter over the tops of the rolls.
 • Cover the tray with foil.
 • Heat on the grill (indirect heat) or in a portable over for about 15-20 minutes until cheese is melty.
Serve & Share
 • Keep sliders warm in the foil tray until ready to serve.
 • Top or dip in St. Elmo Creamy Horseradish
