12 slider rolls
3/4 lb roast beef from the deli sliced thin or shaved
1/4 lb swiss cheese, each slice cut in half
SLIDER TOPPING SAUCE
1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon mustard
1 tbsp St. Elmo Coarse-Cut
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
1/2 cup butter, melted
St. Elmo Creamy Horseradish (for dipping)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line a cookie sheet with foil. Cut the rolls in half and place the bottom portions on the foil. Top each bottom bun with 2 slices of thinly sliced roast beef and one half slice of swiss cheese.
3. Place the top portions of the rolls onto the sliders and brush generously with the slider topping sauce.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, just until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
