Roast Beef Sliders

Make this Roast Beef Slider recipe using St. Elmo Creamy Horseradish sauce, and St. Elmo Coarse-Cut Horseradish for an extra kick.

INGREDIENTS
12 Hawaiian slider rolls
3/4 lb roast beef from the deli sliced thin or shaved
1/4 lb swiss cheese, each slice cut in half
1/2 cup butter, melted
St. Elmo Creamy Horseradish
St. Elmo Coarse-Cut Horseradish (for an extra kick)


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Assemble: Slice rolls in half and layer the bottoms with roast beef and cheese. Replace tops and line them in a foil tray.
  2. Heat: Brush with melted butter, cover with foil, and heat on the grill (indirect heat) or in a portable oven for 15–20 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  3. Serve: Keep warm in the foil tray and serve with St. Elmo Creamy Horseradish for dipping or drizzling.
