  • 2oz St. Elmo Cosmopolitan
  • 1 oz pressed coconut milk
  • 1 oz pineapple juice

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to shaker

  2. Add ice and shake vigorously

  3. Strain into highball glass filled with fresh ice
