Looking for a quick, flavorful salmon recipe that’s crispy on the outside and tender on the inside? This Parmesan-Crusted Salmon uses St. Elmo Blackened Seasoning for a Cajun kick and pairs perfectly with St. Elmo Tartar Sauce. Ready in under 30 minutes, it’s a perfect weeknight dinner!Ā 

Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbsp St. Elmo Blackened Seasoning

  • St. Elmo Tartar Sauce, for serving

Directions

  1. Prep the oven and pan: Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly oil.
  2. Prepare the salmon:Ā Pat fillets dry and rub each with mayonnaise.
  3. Make the crust:Ā In a bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, and St. Elmo Blackened Seasoning.
  4. Crust the salmon:Ā Press the mixture firmly onto each fillet.
  5. Bake:Ā Place salmon crust-side up on the prepared sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Optional: broil 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.
  6. Serve:Ā Plate warm salmon and top with St. Elmo Tartar Sauce. Enjoy!
