1 to 1.5 lb. Shrimp (peeled and de-veined)
3 tbs St. Elmo Blackened Seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 400°F
2. In a small bowl, season the shrimp with St. Elmo Blackened seasoning and toss to coat. Arrange the shrimp on a lined baking sheet for cooking.
3. Bake 8-10 minutes until done.
4. Enjoy in lettuce cups, over rice, on a salad or however you choose!
