1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 cups whole milk
2 oz St. Elmo Cherry Vanilla Bourbon
1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together brown sugar and cocoa powder. Add milk and whisk together.
2. Place over medium heat and bring it to a light boil while stirring constantly.
3. Add 2oz St. Elmo Bourbon to each serving mug. Fill with hot cocoa and top with whipped cream.
