Eggnog Espresso Martini (yield 2)

INGREDIENTS
2oz full fat eggnog
2oz heavy whipping cream
4oz St. Elmo Espresso Martini
Cinnamon or nutmeg to garnish

RECIPE
1. Whisk eggnog and heavy cream together until it starts to thicken.
2. Add St. Elmo Espresso Martini to a shaker with ice.
3. Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a martini glass.
4. Top with cold foam and garnish with cinnamon, nutmeg or both.

Eggnog Espresso Martini Station (yield 8)

INGREDIENTS
1c of each full fat eggnog flavor (regular, pumpkin and vanilla spice)
3c heavy whipping cream
2c St. Elmo Cocktails Espresso Martini
Cinnamon or nutmeg to garnish

RECIPE
1. Whisk 1 cup of each eggnog flavor with 1 cup heavy cream until it starts to thicken. Separate and label each flavor.Ā 
2. Add St. Elmo Espresso Martini to a shaker with ice.
3. Shake for 10 seconds and strain into martini glasses.Ā 
4. Allow guests to top with cold foam and garnish with cinnamon, nutmeg or both.
