This St. Elmo Seasoned Cobb Salad is a fresh, satisfying meal packed with crisp vegetables, juicy chicken, smoky bacon, blue cheese, and hard-boiled eggs seasoned with St. Elmo Steak House Seasoning. Ready in minutes, it's an easy lunch or light dinner full of classic steakhouse flavor.
Ingredients
- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced or diced
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and quartered
1 avocado, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
St. Elmo Seasoning

1ā2 teaspoons St. Elmo Steak House Seasoning, plus more to taste
Directions
- Prepare the eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover, remove from heat, and let stand for 10ā12 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath, peel, and quarter.
- Assemble the salad: Arrange the romaine on a large serving platter or divide among individual bowls. Top with rows of chicken, bacon, hard-boiled eggs, avocado, tomatoes, blue cheese, and red onion.
- Season: Sprinkle St. Elmo Steak House Seasoning evenly over the salad, including a light dusting over the hard-boiled eggs for an extra boost of flavor.
- Dress and serve: Stir the St. Elmo Seasoning into the ranch or blue cheese dressing, drizzle over the salad, and serve immediately.
