INGREDIENTS
St. Elmo Seasoning
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
3 hard boiled eggs
1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
3 cups chopped, cooked chicken meat
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 large carrot, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
¾ cup blue cheese, crumbled
1 (8 ounce) bottle Ranch-style salad dressing
DIRECTIONS
1. Slice hard boiled eggs and season generously with St. Elmo Seasoning.
2. Divide shredded lettuce among individual plates. Top with rows of bacon, eggs, chicken, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers and blue cheeses. Drizzle with dressing.
