Blackened Salmon Patties

With a trip to the local farmer's market and a few simple steps, you can recreate this Blackened Salmon Patty recipe using St. Elmo Steak House Blackened Seasoning and Remoulade sauce.


INGREDIENTS
2 Salmon Patties from Old Major Market
St. Elmo Blackened Seasoning
St. Elmo Remoulade
Bib lettuce
Lemon
Dill

 
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Coat both sides of the salmon patties with oil and St. Elmo Blackened Seasoning.
3. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes then flip. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until cooked through.
4. On a plate, place bib lettuce under each salmon patty, squeeze lemon juice on top, garnish with a sprig of dill and serve with plenty of St. Elmo Remoulade.
