Ingredients
- 2 lbs 80/20 ground beef
- 2 tsp St. Elmo Seasoning
- 4 burger buns
- 8 slices American cheese
- ¼ cup St. Elmo Creamy Horseradish
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle relish
- Sliced onion
- Lettuce
- Tomato
Directions
- Divide the ground beef into 8 loosely packed 4-ounce balls and keep refrigerated until ready to cook.
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat for 10ā15 minutes. Lightly oil the cooking surface.
- In a small bowl, combine St. Elmo Creamy Horseradish, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish to make the burger sauce. Set aside.
- Toast the burger buns on the griddle until golden brown and set aside.
- Place the beef balls on the hot griddle and immediately smash each one thin using a burger press or sturdy spatula with parchment paper. Season with St. Elmo Seasoning.
- Cook for about 2 minutes, or until the edges are browned and crispy. Flip, top each patty with a slice of American cheese, and cook for 1ā2 minutes more.
- Spread burger sauce on the toasted buns. Stack two patties on each bun and top with onion, lettuce, and tomato.
