Spicy Pimento Grilled Cheese
A Southern classic and a Masters Tournament favorite, the Spicy Pimento Grilled Cheese is the perfect bite for a Masters Viewing Party. Creamy pimento cheese made with St. Elmo Prepared Horseradish adds a signature kick, melted between buttery toasted bread.

- Spicy Pimento Cheese
- 2 slices white bread of choice
- Butter
Directions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat a skillet over low heat. Spread softened butter on one side of each slice of bread (these will be the outside of the sandwich).
- Build & Cook: Place one slice of bread butter-side down in the skillet. Spread a generous layer of spicy pimento cheese on the bread, then top with the second slice butter-side up. Cook low and slow for 2ā3 minutes, until golden brown.
- Flip & Serve: Flip the sandwich and cook another 2ā3 minutes until the second side is golden and the cheese is melted. Remove from the skillet, let rest for 1 minute, then cut into triangles. For presentation, optionally wrap in Masters-style sandwich paper and secure with flag toothpicks.
