Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ c mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tbsp St. Elmo Coarse-Cut Horseradish
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • Salt & pepper
  • Chopped chives, for garnish
  • Paprika, for garnish

Directions

  1. 1. Hard boil 6 eggs.
  2. 2. Halve eggs lengthwise and scoop out yolks into medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, St. Elmo Coarse-Cut Horseradish, Dijon mustard, then combine until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Spoon or pipe mixture into eggs. Garnish with chives and paprika.
