Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- ¼ c mayonnaise
- 1-2 tbsp St. Elmo Coarse-Cut Horseradish
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- Salt & pepper
- Chopped chives, for garnish
- Paprika, for garnish
Directions
- 1. Hard boil 6 eggs.
- 2. Halve eggs lengthwise and scoop out yolks into medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, St. Elmo Coarse-Cut Horseradish, Dijon mustard, then combine until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Spoon or pipe mixture into eggs. Garnish with chives and paprika.
