Ingredients
- St. Elmo Shrimp Cocktail ā Chilled shrimp served with our world-famous, bold cocktail sauce.
- Horseradish Cheese Ball ā Creamy, zesty, and made with St. Elmo Coarse-Cut Horseradish for a flavorful kick.
- Cured meats (salami, prosciutto, soppressata)
- Assorted cheeses (cheddar, gouda, brie, or goat cheese)
- Crackers, crostini, or sliced baguette
- Fresh fruit (grapes, berries, apple slices, or cucumber)
- Mixed nuts
- Pickles or olives
- Fresh herbs, such as rosemary or thyme, for garnish
Directions
Start with the Centerpieces
Place the shrimp cocktail, horseradish cheese ball, and bacon onion jam in small bowls or directly on the board, spacing them evenly.
