Crab Cake Sliders
These mini crab cake sliders come together easily and deliver big flavor thanks to St. Elmo Steak House Seasoning and St. Elmo Tartar Sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb jumbo lump crab
- 2 Tbsp St. Elmo Seasoning
- 1 cup sweet corn
- ½ cup diced red bell pepper
- ½ cup diced green bell pepper
- ½ cup diced red onion
- ½ cup diced celery
- ½ cup diced carrots
- 2 oz olive oil
- Slider buns
- St. Elmo Tartar Sauce, for topping
Directions
- 1. Make the Crab Cakes
- In a bowl, mix crab, 1 Tbsp St. Elmo Seasoning, celery, carrots, and a spoonful of St. Elmo Tartar Sauce just to bind. Form into small slider-sized patties.
- 2. Cook
- Heat 1 oz olive oil in a skillet. Cook crab cakes 3ā4 minutes per side, until golden.
- 3. SautƩ the Vegetables
- In the same or a separate skillet, sautƩ corn, onions, and bell peppers in 1 oz olive oil. Season with 1 Tbsp St. Elmo Seasoning.
- 4. Build the Sliders
- Place crab cakes on slider buns, spoon sautƩed vegetables over top, and finish with St. Elmo Tartar Sauce.
