Chicken, Bacon, Creamy Horseradish Sliders

Make thisĀ Chicken, Bacon & Creamy Horseradish SlidersĀ recipe using St. Elmo Steak House seasoning and creamy horseradish sauce.

INGREDIENTS
1 lb chicken breasts
1/2 lb package bacon
1/2 c cheddar cheese
1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp St. Elmo Blackened Seasoning
1 bottle St. Elmo Creamy Horseradish
1 package Hawiian Rolls
chopped chives, optional
2 tbsp melted butter

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Season chicken breasts with St. Elmo Blackened Seasoning then grill or roast. Once cooled, chop chicken
3. Cook bacon then chop
4. Slice rolls in half and assemble sliders: generously spared St. Elmo Creamy Horseradish on bottom buns, add chicken, bacon, cheese and chives. Brush top buns with melted butter.
5. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve with Creamy Horseradish for dipping, slice and enjoy!Ā
