Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- ½ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
- St. Elmo Creamy Horseradish (for dipping)
Instructions
- Make the buffalo sauce: Whisk together Frank’s Red Hot Sauce, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt (optional).
- Coat the cauliflower: Toss florets in the sauce until evenly coated.
