Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Crispy, spicy, and seriously snackable. This buffalo cauliflower is great party appetizer, and a great vegetarian option that everyone will love. Serve it hot with St. Elmo Creamy Horseradish for the perfect cool, tangy dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • ½ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • St. Elmo Creamy Horseradish (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Make the buffalo sauce: Whisk together Frank’s Red Hot Sauce, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt (optional).
  2. Coat the cauliflower: Toss florets in the sauce until evenly coated.
  3. Air fry: Cook at 375°F for 20 minutes, tossing halfway through, until crisp and browned.
  4. Serve: Plate immediately with St. Elmo Creamy Horseradish on the side for dipping.
