An effortless appetizer to put out for guests, these baked chips are warm, crunchy, and packed with big flavor from St. Elmo Blackening Seasoning.

Ingredients

  • Plain potato chips
  • 2 Tablespoons cooking oil (avocado oil or olive oil)
  • St. Elmo Blackening Seasoning
  • Optional: blue cheese crumbles and chives for toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a large bowl, toss potato chips with oil until evenly coated.
  3. Spread chips on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until warm and lightly golden.
