Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken wings, cut into flats and drumettes
  • St. Elmo Blackening Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder (for extra crispiness)
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
  • St. Elmo Creamy Horseradish (for dipping)
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and pat wings dry with paper towels.
  2. Toss wings with olive oil (or melted butter), baking powder, and St. Elmo Blackening Seasoning until well coated.
  3. Arrange wings in a single layer on a wire rack over a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through (broil 1–2 minutes at the end for extra crisp, optional).
  4. Serve warm with St. Elmo Creamy Horseradish on the side and garnish with parsley if desired.
